Advanced Physical Training views the nutrition plan in the same way as we view the training program. We look at where you are and where you want to go and build a specialized nutrition plan accordingly.
We aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our clients and that starts with the analysis and screening process. We have to know where each individual is before we can design the proper program. We’ll take a look at the current plan; add data from the measurements along with activity level to calculate the proper amount of macronutrients.

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)
Your Basal metabolic rate or (BMR) is very similar to you resting metabolic rate or (RMR) but neither are the Body Mass Index (BMI). The BMR is what we us to calculate the daily calories that your body needs to just sustain life, no weight loss or weight gain. The BMR uses your lean mass (muscle) in the calculation, which gives us a much more accurate estimation of the clients caloric needs.
