Off season Transition Phase 1

Objectives:
#1 Start with the functional movement screen to correct imbalances and regain joint mobility allow the body to recover from the season. Focus on the common injuries for the sport with an increased focus on the corrective program.
#2 Start a general strength program transitioning from anatomical adaptation to hypertrophy to prepare the athlete for the hypertrophy phase. This phase will not take the athlete to muscle or cardiovascular failure. This is the preparatory phase which will be progressed in later phases.
