Advanced Physical Training
Exercise Science for Longevity, Healthspan & Human Performance
We help adults improve strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, recovery, and long-term health through evidence-based coaching, objective testing, and personalized exercise programs.
Whether your goal is to stay active for life, improve performance, reduce injury risk, or maintain independence as you age, our approach combines exercise science with practical coaching to help you achieve measurable results.
At Advanced Physical Training, we believe longevity is more than living longer—it is maintaining the strength, mobility, energy, and resilience to fully participate in life.
Our coaching system focuses on improving healthspan: the years of life spent healthy, active, and independent.
Using exercise science, performance testing, mobility assessment, strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and recovery monitoring, we help clients build the physical capacity required for long-term health and performance.
Jeff Jimeson is the owner of Advanced Physical Training and a lifelong student of human performance. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and more than three decades of coaching experience, he helps clients improve longevity, healthspan, and performance through evidence-based exercise programming and objective assessment.
His work bridges the gap between science and application, transforming research on strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, recovery, and healthy aging into personalized programs that deliver meaningful results.
Whether working with athletes pursuing peak performance or adults seeking to remain active and independent for decades to come, Jeff's focus remains the same: helping people build the strength, resilience, and physical capacity to thrive at every stage of life.

We measure the physiological markers most strongly associated with healthspan, functional independence, disease risk, and longevity.
Four wellness tiles:
Healthspan is the number of years we remain healthy, active, independent, and physically capable.
Research consistently identifies strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, and body composition as powerful predictors of long-term health and quality of life.
