This is a series of movements designed to warm up the body and increase joint range of motion (ROM) for the upcoming workout. MP1 is a 5-10min phase to use before your planned workout.
Go through this 1-3 times. Repeat each movement 5-10 times. If your mobility is optimal, go through this plan 1 time and proceed to the workout. If you need to increase your mobility then repeat the plan 2-3 times and make this your workout.
- Prepare the Body for the planned workout
- Increase ROM to allow for proper form during the workout
- Decrease injury
- Prepare the mind for the upcoming workout
